Thursday, June 24th the stars of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse walked the black carpet (yes, it was not red) at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. Robert Pattinson in a wine coloured suit and Taylor Lautner had girls lining up for days to get a glimpse of the studly actors. Kristen Stewart, possibly the luckiest girl on the planet, wore an Elie Saab white dress that looked absolutely stunning. Not so cute, Nikki Reed, in something that looked like a figure skating costume. My fave is Ashley Green looking like a goddess with her long blonde hair (a big difference from her pixie look on screen). Biggest gag moment on the carpet? Kellan Lutz and girlfriend AnneLynne McCord and their over affectionate PDA.

…That is the title of a new series of books following the character of Carrie Bradshaw during her teenage years. Sex and the City author Candace Bushnell is set to release the first in a pair of teen novels about Carrie’s life in high school. You can expect the first book in 2010.

According to Bushnell in a statement released by her publisher, high school is where Carrie began “observing and commenting on the social scene.” And as expected, she “did not follow the crowd – she led it.”

I could see this becoming a television show!!!!
