Audrina is denying rumours that she and Benji Madden are in a relationship. She took to her blog to clear the air.

“I’m getting a lot of calls today about a story that ran in a New York paper saying that I am now in a ‘romantic’ relationship with Benji Madden,” Audrina says. “I find it highly amusing, since I haven’t seen him since December. I think Benji is a sweetheart and we’re good friends, but we are definitely NOT dating! Just wanted to clear that up!”

No, not really… but he is banging Audrina and that is just as good! Apparently, Paris Hilton’s ex has been seeing Audrina (of The Hills fame) for two weeks. I can see them getting along well, he is a step up from Justin Bobby but still has that greasy look going on. He is definitely her type…

In Touch is reporting that Britney Spears and Benji Madden (who recently broke up with Paris Hilton) were set up by Britney’s management to go out on a few dates.

Larry Rudolph and Britney’s father compiled a list of possible boyfriends for the pop star. Benji, who was on the list, was the most interested in being set up with Britney.

So, apparently the two have been on a couple secret dates.

Rudolph hopes to use this new romance to help promote Britney’s new album and tour. Smart!

Let’s just hope it doesn’t lead to another heartbreak for a fragile Britney. We don’t need another crazy year!
