Britney Spears’ former manager is trying to sell a sex and drug-fueled television documentary about Britney’s emotional breakdown last year.

On Tuesday, Sam Lutfi filed a lawsuit against Britney and her parents, accusing them of defamation and breach of contract.

The suit came after the Spears family obtained a restraining order against Lutfi.

The lawsuit alleges: “Jamie and Lynne launched a campaign of lies and intimidation designed to destroy Lutfi and drive him out of Britney’s life…..Despite accomplishing their objectives, Jamie and Lynne have continued their smear campaign against Lutfi.”

“Sam has realized that a TV show would get him a large chunk of money and he’d get extra money on the back of it in magazine and newspaper interviews,” one celebrity mole has squeled. “He is very bitter about Britney filing a restraining order against him as well.”

“So this is the opportunity for him to get his lucrative revenge. To be a big earner, this documentary will need to be full of sensational and shocking revelations.”

Jamie Spears alleges the three men “are now working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship with utter disregard for Ms. Spears’s health and well being,” the papers say.

According to PEOPLE, Spears’s father says her cell phone records show “numerous telephone conversations” and text messages with her ex-manager Sam Lutfi and former boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib.

“[Britney] innocently informs [Ghalib] of her destinations and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit,” Jamie Spears says. “[He] is harmful to Ms. Spears and to her recovery.”

Good move Papa Spears! Get rid of those no-good people!

After Jamie caught Britney secretly texting a former flame, the tough as nails dad “confiscated” the pop star’s cell phone and deleted her list of contacts.

“Brit has zero freedom,” an insider explains in the January 19 issue of Star.

The same thing happened to all of us when we are like fourteen and our dad caught us late night texting. So basically Britney is just experiencing this a little later in life than most of us girls did because she never really went through that whole teenager stage. Maybe she is just making up for it now. So sad…

Larry Rudolph and Britney’s father compiled a list of possible boyfriends for the pop star. Benji, who was on the list, was the most interested in being set up with Britney.

So, apparently the two have been on a couple secret dates.

Rudolph hopes to use this new romance to help promote Britney’s new album and tour. Smart!

Let’s just hope it doesn’t lead to another heartbreak for a fragile Britney. We don’t need another crazy year!

She performed at the Big Apple Circus in New York today as part of the Good Morning America Concert Series. It is also Britney’s B-day!

“Britney’s diet consists mostly of Taco Bell and turkey jerky washed down with Red Bull,” a source close to one of Britney’s bodyguards told Star this week. “She throws up after meals, both at home and at restaurants and she isn’t very discreet about it. People around her think she’s bulimic.”

I really hope this isn’t true, working out and eating healthy should be what Britney is doing to maintain a healthy weight. We want to see her get better, not worse.

“I feel like an old person now. I do! I go to bed at, like, 9:30 every night, and I don’t go out or anything,” the 26-year-old tells the music mag.

After the rollercoaster ride Britney had last year it is about time the pop star calmed down. We want to see her focus on her career again right?

Britney’s album Circus is set to be released December 2nd.

This message was posted on Britney’s website today:

“Jayden James Federline was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday, November 9th. Doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested. He is expected to be discharged tomorrow.”

While visiting with Britney’s family in Louisiana, Jayden James (her son with Kevin Federline), fell ill. Sources say he suffered a seizure.

An inside told The Sun, “One minute Britney and her sons were relaxing and enjoying their first visit to Kentwood in months, and the next minute Jayden had fallen ill. He was vague and unresponsive so Britney dialled an ambulance. But she was told it would take half an hour to arrive, and she was best trying to get Jayden to the hospital herself. They tore off so fast it was incredible.”

Doctors were unsure why Jayden fell ill so they kept him overnight for more observation. There has been speculation previously that Jayden was autistic. But, no confirmation on that. Let’s hope he gets better soon.
