TMZ wants the Alcohol Beverage Control to investigate whether Chris Brown drank alcohol when  he partied at L.A. club Guys and Dolls after his sentencing hearing this week. The problem: Brown’s 20 and the club’s liquor license is strictly 21+.

TMZ has a photo gallery that proves Brown was in fact drinking something that night.

TMZ UPDATE: A rep for the club tells TMZ “Chris Brown was at Guys and Dolls for a scheduled personal appearance. A good time was had by all.”

In a video posted on YouTube.com Brown talks about his new album.

“I just wanna say ‘What up?’ because I ain’t been out there in a minute. New album will be coming soon,” he says. “We’re working on it right now. Called Graffiti. Got everything on it, know what I’m saying? I’ll be ready for that. I’m about to drop a single this summer for y’all. So we ain’t going nowhere. Everybody that’s haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love you all. I ain’t a monster.”

What I find really annoying about this video is that he is not aknowledging he is at any fault in this whole Rihanna scandal. Does he really think that we are all going to forget and become huge fans again? I doubt it. I think a good appology and a vow to change his ways could definitely help that.

Anyway…

Although the couple have not officially broken up, friends close to Rihanna and Chris Brown are that the two are “taking a break.” The two are currently on different coasts, Rihanna in New York and Chris Brown in L.A.

Let us hope this gives Rihanna time to think and make the decision to leave that scum bag forever!

He told press, “She is planning to do everything that the law requires her to do. If she is required to testify, she will do so.”

But, he says she is hoping to get back to her life and wants this to be “quick and expeditious”.

And when asked if Rihanna is pregnant he responded,  “We are not going to discuss that. Rumors are gossip. There is no point. Idle rumors are gossip, for which there is no basis.”

Rihanna and Chris Brown are back together, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

The pair have reunited almost three weeks after Brown, 19, allegedly battered the “Umbrella” singer on Feb. 8, a source tells PEOPLE.

“They’re together again. They care for each other,” says the source. The on-again couple are currently spending time together at one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’s homes.

Adds the source: “While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves.”

In its latest issue, PEOPLE reports that Brown called Rihanna on her 21st birthday one week ago. “He called to wish her happy birthday,” a source told the magazine. “They’ve reached out to each other. It’s been mutual.”

Brown was booked by LAPD for making criminal threats but the case has not yet been presented to the District Attorney, who will ultimately determine which charges, if any, will be prosecuted.

I personally think this is a terrible idea!

“Chris is already building his case. He’s saying she threw a phone at him, then hit him in the head and basically just lost it. He’s saying she attacked him.” according to a Life & Style Weekly.

Funny that he walked away with no bruises but she walked away looking half dead… tell this is not right!

The is devastating and makes the who situation more real. We only heard about what allegedly happened but now we are seeing it.

I hope we have seen the last of Chris Brown, because anyone who could do this to someone should be in jail.

Update: Chris Brown has hired a lawyer and Rihanna may be headed to Barbados.
