The single is titled Best I Ever Had and it has been a huge radio tune. And by the way, this video does not lack beautiful women… lots of boobs!

Lil Wayne is a father for the second time to a bouncing baby boy, named Dwayne Michael Carter III. During Power 105.1’s Powerhouse concert, he told his fans that he was very much involved with the delivery of his new child.

“I delivered him. I held the left leg the whole time,” Wayne said Tuesday night at the concert. “It was nasty, very nasty, but it was wonderful. Oct. 22, 9:25 a.m., 7 lbs., 12 oz. He’s the best thing to ever happen to me, next to my daughter.”

The identity of the newborn’s mother has been kept private. Lil Wayne’s 8-year-old daughter, Reginae Carter, belongs to his high school sweetheart Antonia Johnson.

Lil Wayne was surprised when his mentor and best friend Birdman gave him $1 million in cash on his 26th birthday in Miami on Tuesday night.

Guests at Wayne’s birthday party were amazed when he opened the briefcase of cold hard cash. Sources at the party said that he was “near tears” when he saw his gift, he was speechless.

Damn, what a lucky guy…
