TMZ is reporting:

New court documents in the Michael Jackson estate case reveal Columbia Pictures scored the footage of Michael Jackson’s rehearsals and preparations for his London concerts … but the studio is paying a hefty price.

Columbia will create a movie from the footage. Under the terms of the deal, the Jackson estate will get 90% of the profits and and AEG will get the remaining 10%.

Columbia will guarantee a minimum of $60 million in return for the rights.

We were all touched by the facinating and emotional tribute to Michael Jackson at the Staples center today. The most talked about moment of the entire evening is when Michael’s daughter Paris stood at the microphone and expressed how great of a father Michael was and how much she loves him. I don’t think a single person was able to watch that without feeling a pull at their heartstrings.

LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) — Michael Jackson’s body will return to his Neverland Ranch on Thursday morning for a public viewing on Friday, CNN has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ upwards of a 30 car motorcade — including Jackson’s body — will be traveling from Los Angeles to Neverland at 10 AM on Thursday.
